● The welding teeth part fixes the teeth of both ends of the zipper to ensure that slider work smoothly and no displacement of the U top stop. The function of welding cord effectively improves the flat pulling strength of pin box.
● The film sealing part of the transparent tape and taffeta universal, with strong washing performance. Installed real-time temperature monitoring, to avoid burnt film.
● Al visual inspection quaity system can be added to identfy the appearance of the film, the location of the pin box and the bad punching of the pin, and mark the defective products.
